Before requesting a return
The final process will distinguish product support, transport damage, product issues and any change-of-mind request. Eligibility rules have not yet been published.
Return authorisation
Customers will be asked to contact LUMAYNE before arranging transport. Large optical screens require specific protective packaging and handling.
Product condition
Final terms will explain how the condition of the frame, optical surface, accessories and original protective packaging affects the process.
Freight & assessment
Responsibility for freight, assessment steps and timing will be set out in the reviewed policy before orders open.
